Position: Technical PM

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Hybrid - Need at least 2 days in office.

Basic duties:

i. Show up to meetings and be available via email/slack/phone.

Communicate any OOO plans via email with right stakeholders proactively. Set up webex by preplanning if needed. Have other ppl as cohost in absence

ii. Scheduling all necessary calls

Need to know how to start and end recurring invites

Ensure attendees have no conflicts by pre-checking with mandatory participant calendar or get attendance alignment

iii. Document meeting minutes and send them out appropriately

iv. Add value to team by being inclusive and part of the team

AC duties for scrum teams:

i. Prep before sprint: Work with PO on US. Follow up on blockers by working with right ppl and remove impediments, acceptance criteria. ensure story pointing is reflected in US. Ensure capacity planning. Accomodate ppl vacation into scrum planning

ii. Execute Sprint ceremonies: Day 1 iteration planning, daily standups, backlog grooming (mid sprint for future work), show and tell, system demo for PI, last day of sprint US closures with PO, etc

iii. Leader escalation: PI progress and escalate with right Director leader (Prod/Engg/TDE) if progress is not happening sprint by sprint

iv. Upskill and become a power user of rally

v. Manage team capacity as per availability prior to PI and adjust during PI accordingly

vi. Meet with Engg Director: Imran biweekly (post sprint) and share sprint updates. Publish sprint report/ PI report (end of PI) to wider audience

vii. Prepare for meetings by assessing agenda and action where needed

TPM duties:

i. Have knowledge of domain and application

How interactions are happening across prod, engg, arch

Identify dependencies, risks. map them accordingly within PI and tag them to roadmaps

Understand basic use cases of teams (DAM, MxM, Content Studio)

ii. Manage any Content Studio program level Scrum of Scrum calls

iii. Communicate program level reporting with Engg, Product and TDE

iv. Work with Mkg STE (Puru) on PI Planning BRPs

v. Share BUR updates with Puru (Mkg STE)

vi. Provide input to Engg VP leadership decks, calls, etc

Biweekly connects with direct TDE leader to share updates, progress, risks/challenges and take guidance to remove roadblocks

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $67.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Phoenix, AZ 85003: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
