Overview: Entry level position intended to grow people into the organization. Shadows team members to serve as backup resource. Focuses on learning the Canon technology, culture, and work processes. Responsibilities: The Technology Operations Representative will serve as the point person for overall fleet performance, technology support, and print program transformation. Job duties will include: - Asset and IMAC process management - MFD and printer triage - Meter read collection and invoicing - Report generation - Data analysis - Establish and manage relationships with all appropriate IT administrators and personnel at client site and within Canon. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all solutions deployed within Client’s environment - Serve as first point of contact for fleet management, output management and scanning software solutions, including imageWare Enterprise Management Console, Netaphor SiteAudit, Uniflow, and Authorized Send. - Maintain and ensure compliance with established standards for device configuration and software administration - Assist TOS and Account Team in the testing and implementation of hardware/software solutions - Perform initial triage, management and escalation of all incoming technical support request tickets. - Escalate service & technology-support tickets. Follow established escalation procedures as prescribed by CSA Technology Facilitator and Client IT personnel. - Lift up to 50 lbs. Qualifications: HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience. - Valid Driver's License - Ability to communicate technology issues clearly to manager and team. - Ability to respectfully listen to customer concerns, ease customer stress by assuring understanding (confirm through repeating back) what was heard) and escalation of issues . - Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises. - To be established with Co-op organization in alignment with their course descriptions.
