We are a team who work with individuals ranging from birth to adolescence.This position is full-time. We value autonomy amongst our team. Thus, this position comes with scheduling and clinical freedom, in that all therapists are able to devise their own schedules and utilize therapeutic modalities of their discretion. We find that our model allows therapists to be autonomous in their practice as a clinician in a way that mutually benefits the therapist, their clients, and the team as a whole.
At T & K Pediatric Services, we prioritize team unity and are eager to not only find a competent therapist but someone who also enjoys working in a collaborative, non-competitive environment. The level of cohesion we have as a team is reflected in the quality of care that we can provide for our clients.
