Foundations Learning Center in Claremore, OK is seeking full-time toddler teachers- to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, reliable, compassionate and has a great attitude. Experience is a plus. Paid training available. Pay Rate: Depends on Experience and Education.

Responsibilities

*Creating and implementing lesson plans with creative and fun learning experiences *Conducting observations and assessments *Charts child's behavior, meals, learning, diaper changes/potty *Maintaining Oklahoma Licensing ratios and regulations at all times *Keeping proper supervision of the children at all times *Classroom management *Changing diapers/aiding in toileting when necessary as well as keeping all children neat and clean *Maintaining a clean and organized classroom *Producing displays with evidence of learning *Building relationships with families and children in care

Qualifications (preferred)

*High School Diploma or Equivalent *Clean background *First Aid/CPR Certification *Sleep Safe Certification *Reliable *Drug-Free *Professional Communication and Interpersonal Skills *Ability to interact closely with children and maintain proper supervision *Have compassion and patience for children and a strong commitment to development and education
