Newport Hotel Group Home Office is currently searching for a Training and Recruitment Manager! The company offers a competitive salary with opportunities for pay increases after 90 days and 1 year of employment.

The Training and Recruitment Manager will be based out of the company's Home Office in Middletown, RI. The manager will assist with hourly and management recruitment. Attend, participate and conduct internal training programs. Coordinate external training programs for assigned staff members, such as CPR, CPO, ServSafe, etc. Conduct New Hire Orientations, review benefit options with staff members, compile reporting materials, etc. Continuously uphold the company's policies and procedures. As assigned, complete additional tasks and projects for the Human Resources Department.

Candidates must be willing to relocate and/or commute to Middletown, RI.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
