Training & Development Project Assistant

Essential Job Functions:

  • Reports to Director of Training
  • Manage all administrative functions of the Certified Peer Recovery Specialist training and related classes.
  • Assist with promotion and marketing of all trainings.
  • Manage inquiries regarding class content, registration, attendance requirements, certification and cost.
  • Maintain database of all CPRS participants.
  • Create class registration materials and links for both virtual and in person trainings.
  • Create and disseminate completion certificates.
  • Work with CPRS licensees to register classes with the Certification Board, with PIK.
  • Distribute pre-and post surveys.
  • Assist with curriculum development.
  • Maintain inventory of curriculum materials including manuals.
  • Mail manuals to participants when classes are virtual as well as too licenses.
  • Work in coordination with administrative Director to invoice licensees for participant manuals.
  • Manage biannual renewals with all licensees including updated agreements.
  • Work in coordination with Administrative Director to invoice licensees.
  • Attend classes as needed to support trainer.
  • Other duties as needed.

Addtionally, this role will support the Executive Director and Associate Director of the agency in an administrative capacity, working on projects as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Graphic design, page layout, MS Office and other productivity software proficiency

2. Ability to support agency social media presence and marketing efforts

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

The physical demands of this job are typical of any office job. There will be long periods of time sitting, a lot of phone use, computers, and meetings. Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
