Davis Stuart operates as a private, non-profit organization providing services for adolescents, recovering from abuse, neglect and/or behavioral issues, with capacity to serve 68 teens through four treatment locations.

By providing therapeutic residential care, we strive to meet the needs of residents, ages 12 to 18, in a supervised setting. Our goal is to reunify the young person with his or her family, when possible, or give them the life skills to enter into independence.

Treatment Associate — Entry-Level Full time hourly paid position.

General Function: Provide supervision, supportive counseling, and social development to residents.

Primary Responsibilities:

Resident Supervision: Accompany residents to and from daily activities, while modeling and reinforcing healthy habits and life skills. Activities monitored by treatment associates will be determined by shift worked.

Documentation: All documentation must be completed accurately by end of shift. Documentation must be completed to compliance standards for each resident.

Related Duties: Work with other staff members to share and complete all other duties assigned by your shift supervisor. Participate in training and staff development activities, including performance and quality improvement.

In order to meet our licensing requirements you must have at a minimum a high school degree or equivalent, a valid driver's license, ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a comprehensive background check. Minimum age requirement is 23. Established eligibility through WV Cares system a plus! Experience is preferred but not required.
