As the TRICARE (US Family Health Plan) Relationship Representative for Johns Hopkins HealthCare, you are passionate about the health and well-being of our military members and their families. An advocate for the highest quality of care, you are proud to communicate the benefits of the US Family Health Plan to prospective eligible members and key military organizations. You understand the value of building and maintaining relationships to increase enrollment and provide an excellent member experience along the way.

Note: Must be active duty family member, retiree or retiree family member in order to perform duties on military bases.

The territory for this position is Hampton Roads and Newport News.

What you'll do:
Work part-time during normal business hours (usually briefings are on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (before 1pm EST)
Provides information on the USFHP in various settings to educate DEERS eligible TRICARE military health system beneficiaries
Interface with key military and military-related organization contacts in setting up meetings and events
Conduct seminars; offer educational programs; conduct information briefings
Maintain timely and accurate reporting
Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with health care and community/family support/retiree activities coordinators.

Ability to develop and cultivate Military Base Command relationships
Ability to explain features/benefits of the USFHP
Great attention to detail and follow through
Goal and Relationship oriented
Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
