Overview:
Atlantic Visiting Nurse (part of Atlantic Health System) is seeking a full-time Unit Associate in Morristown to work from 8AM - 4PM, including rotating weekends.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Heavy patient scheduling, must have excellent customer service, phone and computer skills.
- Must be a strong team player and be able to multi - task.
- Staff scheduling, communicate with customers, family, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Receive and triage phone calls.
- Create and manage reports as assigned.
- Assistant with management of monthly meetings.
- Crosstrain and learn new skills in effort to advance the department.
Minimum Education:
- High School graduate or equivalent education required
- Some college work preferred
Minimum Experience:
- Excellent communication, customer service, teamwork and computer skills
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Previous administrative experience
