A mixed animal practice is currently in need of a driven, self-motivated and compassionate Veterinarian.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with pet owners and provide a resource for them to address any pet health issues or concerns.
• Provide a calm, relaxed environment for the animals in the clinic.
• Monitor animals in the vet clinic to prevent disease spread throughout the clinic.
• Perform basic tasks such as weighing and administering medications to animals in the office.
• Manage medication supply, ordering new medications and restocking medicines as needed.
• Prepare vaccines and administer them to patients.
• Talk with pet owners regarding their pets' health problems and/or operations they've had; Monitor animals in the vet clinic to prevent disease spread throughout the clinic.

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• On call
