Job Title: Veterinary Customer Service Representative FT and PT
Monterey Animal Clinic is a well-established veterinary clinic located in Stuart, Florida. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Veterinary Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' pets receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and answering phone calls
- Collecting and recording accurate client and pet information
- Communicating effectively with clients regarding their pets' health, preventative care, and treatment plans
- Assisting veterinarians and veterinary technicians as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized front office and waiting area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for working with animals and their owners
- Basic knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures
