About the role:
As a Video Producer and Editor supporting the Corporate Communications function, you will be part of a group of talented professionals who develop and produce strategic video communications to help advance the business, engage our employees, and elevate our culture. You will be responsible for collaborating with our team, and other functions and vendors to develop and manage a variety of media rich assets that advance this purpose.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the creation of videos that meet the communication objectives of internal and external corporate reputation programs. Own all phases of a project from preproduction through delivery including:
• Storyboarding and preproduction planning
• Videography and camera operation
• On-site lead during video production and remote/virtual events
• Management of post-production, editing, and review process
• Creation of social-media friendly video assets
• Develop 2D animated graphics for social media channels
• Coaching on-camera talent to deliver high quality productions
• Work collaboratively across the enterprise to maximize our video and broadcast technology
• Assist with development of production infrastructure and facility growth plans, including:
• Creation of a long-term multimedia strategic plan
• Evaluating, recommending, and sourcing equipment and software
• Keep informed of latest trends and innovations
• Commitment to learning and becoming a steward of Boston Scientific’s global brand
  

Required Qualifications:

• BA / BS or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience with video production/editing
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Creative Suite
• Proficient with on-line review and approval tools
• Experience working with C-level executives and leadership
• Experience producing global communications, including social media channel -friendly video assets
• Experience producing 2D + animations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excels in fast-paced environment
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented
• Results-oriented team player

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3D animation experience a plus
• Photography experience a plus
