We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Human Resources with regional experience in skilled nursing to join our team at Sandstone Healthcare Group, a leading provider of skilled nursing care. As the VP of HR, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and training and development. You will play a critical role in helping Sandstone Healthcare Group grow and thrive while also fostering a positive company culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with Sandstone Healthcare Group's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for all positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Oversee employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related issues.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Maintain accurate and complete employee records and ensure confidentiality of all HR-related information.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, with regional experience in skilled nursing.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
