Job Title: Ward Clerk

Band: 2

Location: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Hours of Duty: 32 hours

Managerially accountable to: Ward Manager

Professionally accountable to: Matron, Associate Chief Nurse

Key Relationships: All members of the Directorate Management Team

Administration and clerical staff

Medical, nursing and midwifery staff and other staff within the Directorate/Trust as appropriate.

External contacts, relevant to the nature of the work of the Directorate/Trust, including patients and visitors as appropriate.
