Job description

Responsibilities

· Receive and process incoming inventory and ensure all products are properly stored and labeled.

· Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using a handheld scanner and/or other warehouse equipment.

· Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, packing, and arranging for carrier pickup.

· Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, order pickers, or pallet jacks, to move products around the warehouse.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

· Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.

· Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

· Ensure annual performance goals are met or exceeded.

· Foster a work environment that maximizes employee involvement, morale, and engagement.

· Ensure quality standards are achieved for all goods received and shipped.

· Other projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· No prior warehouse experience required, but previous experience in a physical labor role preferred.

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production goals.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
