About the Warehouse Associate Quality Control position

Forget everything you know about the restaurant supply chain, because we’re building something different. We are looking for folks to work in a variety of functions including loading, receiving, Inventory control, order fulfillment and order preparation. You are a reliable, committed, team-player who has a passion for helping restaurants and small businesses succeed!

Responsibilities:

● Audit customer orders to ensure quality (Produce, Meats, Dry goods) including checking exp dates.

● Ensure correct quantities of items are being shipped.

● Ensure items are tagged for the correct customer.

● Identify any cross contamination issues before sending product out.

● Communicate with customer service for issues that might impact customer experience.

● Identify any issues that may impact customer satisfaction.

● Identifying product defects or potential issues and determining what to do to resolve the issue.

● keeps detailed records of product defects or manufacturing issues and provide information to supervisor

● Utilize laptop and warehouse management system to check customer orders

About you:

● HS Diploma or G.E.D.

● Previous warehouse experience desired.

● Able to work overtime as required

● Tech Savvy (Ability to use a laptop and warehouse management system to check customer orders) Excel experience preferred.

Physical demands and abilities:

• Mobility necessary to work all levels of building
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to over 80 lbs.
• Frequently required to push, pull, squat, bend and reach
• Regularly required to stand 100% of working shift if required by job responsibilities
• Able to control moving equipment at all times
• Ability to work in a cold storage warehouse environment with -5 degrees to 55 degrees temperature for long periods of time is required.
• Displays the ability to multitask and handle multiple issues at the same time without stress.
• Possesses effective written and verbal communication skills; displays reading comprehension skills.

Schedule: Starts at 11:00pm and an 8 hour shift focusing on Monday to Friday
