Job description
After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, the Candidate must meet below qualifications:
- Regular attendance is required.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
- Must be able to lift up to lift between 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate forklift equipment and perform general warehouse functions, including; loading/ unloading, bulk stacking, case picking, Transporting, and other warehouse functions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety in order to meet the demands of the client.
- Willingness to learn and participate in all assigned training programs.
- Must be willing to submit to a hair drug screening and background check.
- Sit down, Stand up, Reach lift, Electric Pallet Jack and Cherry Picker experience preferred. Willing to train candidates with a proven consistent work history and/or high energy, motivated recent high school graduates with minimal experience ready to work.
- Inspect each pallet and or case for proper quantities, items, brands, and lot codes (as applicable) damages and follow any special instructions on the Work Assignment Form and/or additional documentation.
- Rotates Quarterly. (Must be flexible with overtime as it may be required as needed based on the workload)
- Monday-Friday - 6:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Monday-Wednesday - 6:00 AM-6:30 PM
- Wednesday-Saturday - 6:00 AM-6:30 PM
