JBI Interiors Company is currently hiring for a full-time Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to support our operations by ensuring that our warehouse is consistently stocked with the supplies and materials we need in the Phoenix, AZ area. This position earns a competitive wage of $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time position may be required to work some overtime depending on business needs.

In this position, you are vital to our operations. Your main goal is to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring that we have consistent stock of all necessary materials and supplies. You regularly speak with our warehouse manager and conduct audits of our inventory, making sure that if we are running low on anything those items are promptly ordered. After ordering items, you track the order from start to finish, ensuring that everything is delivered as expected. Highly organized, you monitor periodical cycle counts and prepare reports for our team. You take pride in the way that you contribute to our success!

REQUIREMENTS FOR A WAREHOUSE INVENTORY COORDINATOR

  • 2+ years of experience with inventory process management
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or warehouse management system (WMS) software
  • Forklift experience
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to occasionally work overtime
