Spherion is Now hiring for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Warehousing & Production associates!

We currently have immediate production & warehouse associate opportunities available for all shifts to support our customers in our local market.

Our production/warehouse associates will support our customers picking, packing, quality control, forklift operations and shipping receiving functions; We have production & warehouse associate opportunities that offer flexible schedules, full time, that may offer limited OT or extra hours that best fit your schedule.

Responsibilities: include but are not limited to:

  • Trained to setup and operate production machinery.
  • Replenish raw materials.
  • Inspect and Pack product using push cart totes and scanners (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts).
  • Warehouse & Forklift operator roles (2nd & 3rd Shift).
  • QA/QC - scanning, verifying and documenting in WMS system all received orders (2nd & 3rd shift).

Entry level - no prior production or warehouse experience needed.

1st/2nd & 3rd Shift positions.

Working hours: 7AM-4PM; 2:30PM- 1AM; 11PM - 7:30AM; 3PM-11:30PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

  • Ability to move product up to 50lbs consistently Dedicated transportation pref.
  • Limited bus route opportunities.
  • Prior exp. With WMS or scanning systems

Education:

  • No Degree Required

Experience: 0-1 years

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment consistency to a full time or flex schedule (where offered).
  • Desire for training and growth opportunities.
