We are pleased to announce that we have an opportunity for x1 Team Manager to join the General Products operational management team within the Nuneaton DC. The selection process is open to both internal and external candidates.

The role is working within General Products, working 14:00 – 22:00 Back shift.

The ideal candidate will have a good mix of people and technical skills, passion to lead people and act as a role model.

What You Will Do

Team leadership within the DC, leading high performing teams to provide exceptional customer service.

Challenge the status quo through a continuous improvement framework

Ensuring the department delivers the performance to support a robust change over to the Day Shift

Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – Quality, Service, Cost

Data led decision making to improve performance and drive change

Providing innovative solutions to improve processes

Customer focused actively engaging with appropriate sources to exceed expectations.

Proven engagement of teams

What Will You Bring To the Role

Experience of leading a high engaged team

Hands on approach

Experience at a similar level within a FMCG environment

Familiar with workflow management and the use of technology including automation

Leadership of diverse teams with demonstrable success in engagement

Good interpersonal/communication skills
