Marchese Ford of Mechanicville, a family owned dealership, is looking for a highly motivated individual to be our Warranty Administrator/ Customer Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling warranty claims, assisting in the service department and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure repairs are completed in compliance with the manufacturers policies and procedures
• Monitor warranty claim status and ensure timely payment from manufacturers
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure a positive experience with the pick up and delivery process
• Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement on areas of improvement in the warranty claim process
• This position will also include service writer training
• Requirements:
• College degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
