Warranty Administrator/ Customer Experience Coordinator
Job description
Marchese Ford of Mechanicville, a family owned dealership, is looking for a highly motivated individual to be our Warranty Administrator/ Customer Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling warranty claims, assisting in the service department and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure repairs are completed in compliance with the manufacturers policies and procedures
- Monitor warranty claim status and ensure timely payment from manufacturers
- Proactively communicate with customers to ensure a positive experience with the pick up and delivery process
- Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement on areas of improvement in the warranty claim process
- This position will also include service writer training
- Requirements:
- College degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Computer skills
