We are looking for a collaborative, motivated website marketing enthusiast to join our B2B Web Marketing team. As our Website Strategist, you will be responsible for researching, creating, executing, and working with our small, in-house team to deliver programs to grow traffic and improve conversion rates on our B2B website.

This is a full-time role based in the United Kingdom.
Where You Come In:
- You will be an expert in discovering, planning, and executing B2B marketing strategies, looking at multiple sources of data to build A/B tests that will grow traffic and improve conversions.
- You will be an analytics expert, with extensive knowledge of Google Analytics and able to identify and troubleshoot data issues as they arise
- You will be responsible for all website data, checking dashboards for faults as well as producing reports relating to team KPIs. You will work with our SEO, PPC, and Content teams to explore areas of opportunity to maximise results.
- You will be responsible for strategising the segmentation of our audience as well as the personalisation of messaging to improve conversion rates.
What it Takes to Succeed:
- You have extensive experience in strategic planning, specifically in website marketing.
- You have extensive experience with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
- You are able to use data to derive insights, produce regular reporting, and perform A/B testing and analysis.
- You understand the principles of SEO and the fundamentals of content marketing.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are adept at partnering with many stakeholders to produce campaigns in a fast-moving environment.
- WordPress experience is an advantage.
