$1 more per hour on weekends!

- Develop good customer relationships

- Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes

- Address employee and customer concerns

- Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement

- Liaise between managers, customers and employees

- Provide direction to staff

- Assist with monthly reports

- Fill in for General Manager (GM) in times of absence

- Provide accountability

- Troubleshoot POS system

- Support staff training

- Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment

- Help manage the cocktail bar, including cocktail menu development

Requirements Management experience preferred. On-the-job training provided. Must be 21+ to apply Must be able to hold a liquor license Must be able to work weekends and holidays
