Bring your welding skills and join a team of great people! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with ShoreMaster, a leading manufacturer of premium docks and lifts, located in Fergus Falls, MN. We are seeking candidates for an Aluminum and a Steel Welder on Day shifts. This position will work Monday through Thursday with overtime on Friday. Pay is based on experience and weld test. Aluminum or Steel Welder Main Responsibilities:
- Weld aluminum or steel parts together - depending upon role
- Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding
- Conduct quality control inspection of welds and weld clean-up
- Follow safety policies, procedures, rules and safe work methods; along with making safety suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety
Aluminum or Steel Welder Key Requirements:
- Prior welding experience or certification; prefrence to those with welding experience
- Attention to detail and quality of welds
- Experince using forklift, reading prints and orders
- Experience reading tape measure, grinders, and power and and tools
- Must be a good team player with a positive attitude and good work history #goodjobsnow #findajob
