Job Title: Welder/Fabricator

Location: Chagrin Falls, OH

Shift: 1st Shift - 7am-3:30pm (30min lunch break, not much OT)

Pay: 18 to 25/hr

Job Description:

This is more of a Job Shop type environment. Will be making 10-50 parts/order and then moving onto a new product.

• 75% of the day will be welding, 25% will be a mix of assembling, drilling/tapping holes, quality inspection
• Mostly Tig welding, some Mig.
• Welding in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
• Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete units or subunits, following blueprints and layout specifications, and using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools.
• Welding on mostly aluminum, some stainless steel & carbon steel
• Read blueprints and very specific welding prints, working on mostly custom products
• Assist team in assembly
• Drill and tap holes
• Fabrication

Qualifications:

• Tig welding experience
• Fabrication experience NEEDED
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding prints/symbols
• Able to assist with assembly of products

- Strong measuring experience - reading rulers/tap measurers
