Role Summary:
The Wilson Lumber Cares Leader will coordinate company culture and ministry initiatives according to the mission statement and core values, and manage Wilson Lumber Cares, a division of the company which utilizes company resources to care for employee, community, and global initiatives.

Scope of the Position:
The Wilson Lumber Cares Leader will lead various teams of company volunteers who support culture and engagement. Travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities expected of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Drive company culture according to the mission statement and core values
Design and implement engagement solutions including managing all aspects of the annual/pulse engagement surveys and action plans based on the results
Lead and manage Wilson Lumber Cares (a division of the company which utilizes company resources to care for employees, community, and global initiatives)
Provide input on company training and development initiatives to ensure they are informed by company culture
Manage a budget of $400,000
Oversee the Corporate Chaplains program
Travel to Wilson Lumber locations and/or community or global partner events
Provide Content for Wilson Lumbers monthly newsletter
Measure the effectiveness of current and new programs to ensure impact and make recommendations for future offerings

Position Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Experience writing correspondence and preparing presentations, planning, and coordinating meetings
Ability to build and sustain a strong professional network and foster a team environment
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to communicate effectively with people individually and in groups
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree preferred
Five to seven years experience in a similar role at a manufacturing or non-profit organization preferred
Knowledge of construction and building materials industry a plus
