Worksite: Address: 4677 Manufacturing Road, Cleveland, OH 44135
Shift: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM [Lunch: 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM]

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Performs winding/insulating of field coil with recommended materials provided.
2. Winding of relay coils, proper insulating of field coil.
3. Maintain and meet production standards
4. Perform routine maintenance on assigned machines, report any mechanical/electrical problems to supervisor.
5. Other duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
1. Must be a hands-on person capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
2. Must be willing to work additional hours when required.
3. Must have knowledge of shop math.
4. Basic knowledge of blueprint reading.
5. Basic knowledge of woodworking.
6. Knowledge of oxyacetylene braising.
7. Ability to read measuring instruments (calipers, tape measure, etc.)
8. Good communication skills.
9. Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
1. Employee must be able to lift at least 10lbs.
2. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and walk.
3. The employees are frequently required to use their hands to write, handle objects.
4. Hand and eye coordination.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to varnish vapors, epoxy resin, paint fumes, and fiberglass.
2. The employee may be exposed to ovens and hot products.
3. The noise level in the work area is normal for a factory environment.

4. Achieve and maintain production rates as determined by supervision.
