We are looking for Wireless Customer Service Representatives to provide excellent customer service and who are passionate about learning and growing as a professional.

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make our customers feel welcome in-store will stand out above the rest. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about the latest tech products, products, services, recommend solutions, and current promotions available to them. A positive attitude and a desire to succeed will make you successful in this role.

We are an AT&T Authorized Dealer, and offer great weekly pay plus the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses as well!

Skills:

• High school degree is required.
• Proven work experience in Customer Service, Retail, Sales or Hospitality industries.
• Able to learn and understand our training of retail sales processes and latest tech products.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
