Job description
We are a construction company looking for skilled and motivated Wood Framers and Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in wood framing and construction labor. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood framing components
- Install windows, doors, and other fixtures
- Perform construction labor tasks as directed by supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in wood framing and construction labor preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work on-site
Must have good references, reliable transportation.
Must be willing to submit to a drug test and a criminal background check.
