Job DescriptionResponsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ
• Demonstrate a commitment to adhere, teach and submit to guidance by the Wesleyan Church and its beliefs
• Report to the lead pastor
• Oversee youth program (events, camps, mission trips, weekly programming, etc.)
• Oversee other ministries as determined by the lead pastor
• Write and preach sermons for the youth and/or full congregation as needed
• Lead worship/contribute to services musically (preferred but not required)
• Disciple youths on how to be future faith-filled leaders and set up programs to facilitate spiritual growth
• Assist in the development and organization of church-wide outreach events
• Participate in monthly LBA meetings
• Possess a strong social media/technology competency

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• College Degree or Graduate Degree in Ministry
• Prefer 1-2 years of ministry experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26,400.00 - $59,738.86 per year
