Redstone Foods, Inc. is a candy and soda distributor located in Carrollton, TX. We are seeking experienced warehouse employees who want to join our 3rd shift team to pick and pack orders that will be shipped out to independent retailers, local chains, and national companies.

The 3rd shift will work 4/10-hour days from 9:00pm – 7:30am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Employees will have Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays off. An employee is guaranteed 40 hours each week. In addition to our competitive starting wage we offer 2 bonuses. 1) a 90-day Signing Bonus of $500 that an employee will earn in the paycheck following their 90-day anniversary. 2) a quarterly Attendance Bonus of $500 for stellar attendance and satisfactory performance.

Applicants should be comfortable working the night shift in a warehouse setting and a growing environment. This position may include but is not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

• Hand pull customer orders by following printed customer pick lists
• Locate and pull items by using the most efficient pathway in the warehouse
• Communicate with the 3rd shift Supervisor or Assistant Lead and co-workers to ensure accuracy of all pulled orders
• Transport pulled items to checking station to verify order
• Package customer orders by following proper protocols
• Participate in inventory cycle counts
• Keep warehouse organized and clean to maintain safety and health regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of experience working in a warehouse
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, push carts over 60 lbs, and use ladders
• Must be able to operate a pallet jack and organize pallets
• Must be able to physically stand, reach, pull, bend, stoop and kneel for long periods of time
• Our ideal candidate is self-driven with a keen eye for attention to detail.
