We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to work in our facilities (apartment complex) at our location in El Paso TX. The ideal candidate for this position has 3–5 years as a Maintenance Technician, a background in HVAC repair and understands the importance of maintaining a clean and safe environment for all peers, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare units 100%, for future resident move-ins within the assigned time-frame (this includes, Paint, patchwork, Electrical and plumbing repairs and replacements as needed)
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment and maintaining in good working order.
• Replacing light bulbs, light fixtures, fuses, air filters, and door locks.
• Cleaning up and disposing of waste; furniture moving; and painting.
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)Observe workmanship standards and follow procedures.
• Follow regulations regarding health, safety, and cleanliness.
• Perform repair work when/as necessary as assigned
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality

• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime if needed or assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
