Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of incoming calls for service appointment requests
Making outgoing calls to confirm appointment times and details
Ability to accurately and swiftly enter client’s service requests into CDK and MyKaarma using proper coding and DCS history
Run daily prewrites of appointments and double check for accuracy
Additional administrative duties
Requirements
CDK and BMW experience preferred but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically when communicating via email
Attention to detail and accuracy while multi-tasking
Excellent typing skills (60 WPM plus)
Comfort in interacting with clients via phone
Professional dress code
Ability to work in a demanding and high level environment offering first class service
Must be reliable and punctual
