We're looking for a high energy, self driven leader that approaches this craft with genuine hospitality. A guest-first, solution-oriented mentality will be most successful.

Our restaurant is centered around Northern California Americana that is familiar yet elevated in a new & creative way. We locally source delicious items and produce everything in house.

The ideal candidate is high energy with a background in high-volume, high-standard, hospitality-first dining. You will run fun and meaningful shifts by consistently looking to develop the team and work closely with the General Manager in overall food and beverage operations of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Hire phenomenal people
• Consistently develop those phenomenal people
• Maintain a clean & organized facility
• Assist the GM with financial reconciliation
• Assist in food & beverage seasonal development
• Be awesome

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant experience
• Experience in leading and supervising team leaders
• Experience in developing people to be promoted
• Experience working within budget parameters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
