We are seeking self-driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated people to join our team! The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing superior service to our customers and assist with operational activities ensuring exceptional maintenance of our facilities. Ideal candidate must have a passion for customer service and sales, be proactive, operate with integrity, and effectively on a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with assistance in determining the storage unit size by assessing needs and offering the available storage size options.
- Process daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
- Maintain merchandise inventory including restocking as needed.
- Prepare storage units for leasing, including cleaning vacant units in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and custodial duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience and /or training in Direct Sales, Retail, and/or Customer Service is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
