A new and great opportunity for a Quality Coordinator has opened up at a Critical Access facility in Southeastern New Mexico. This is a 50+ bed acute-care hospital with state-of-the-art technology and an amazing team of 400+ healthcare professionals to work with. Not to mention, they are a not for profit facility that has been serving the community for ages. They offer a broad range of medical services from cardiac services, to orthopedic surgeries.
The responsibilities of the Quality Coordinator may include, but are not limited to;
- Assist in leading and overseeing all quality management activities for the hospital
- Including: JHACO compliance, risk management and safety, performance improvement, and infection control
- Directs product testing to ensure facility is following quality standards and government regulations
- Lead department meetings in absence of the Manager or Director of Quality to ensure all Directors are following government guidelines
