Free Reign Restaurants is opening a new concept! Bar Pizza will feature wood fire pizzas from their amazing wood fire oven. Experience with wood fire is a plus! We will also offer pastas, salads and other amazing food.

We have our same beautiful bar, and are looking for great people to staff it and make fabulous drinks!

The Bar Pizza bartender is professional and high-energy with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting signature drinks as well as wine and beer to our guests in a timely manner while maintaining a friendly and calm demeanor. He or she will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. It is the responsibility of the Bar Pizza Bartender to upsell items and make suggestions, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, keep the bar clean and clutter free, and lend positive support all the front of house team. In addition, the Bar Pizza Bartender is capable of doing accurate daily inventory and orders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

§ Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.

§ Interact with customers, take orders and serves drinks and food.

§ Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.

§ Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails by following recipes or on the cuff.

§ Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.

§ Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.

§ Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.

§ Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

§ Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

§ Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

§ Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

§ Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

§ Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.

§ Minimum 2 years bartending experience required.

§ Be able to communicate clearly and effectively.

§ Must have clear written and verbal communication skills.

§ Possess extended math skills and can handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.

§ Must be Enthusiastic!

§ Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.

§ Strong task and time management abilities.

§ Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.

Physical Requirements: [Ability to perform the following with regularity]

§ Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 40 lbs.

§ Understand the speech of another person.

§ Speak clearly so listeners can understand.

§ Hold the arm and hand in one position or hold the hand steady while moving the arm.

§ Use one or two hands to grasp, move, or assemble objects.

§ Ability to move quickly with finesse with multiple people working in one area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
