Job description
Under the supervision of the Financial Assistance Supervisor, this position impacts the mission of Blue Earth County Human Services by supporting the Financial Services Team in providing case management services to clients. The Financial Assistance Case Aide performs intermediate human support work preparing reports, completing documentation and coordinating client activities. This position is responsible for the administration of the medical assistance transportation services, performing health care program functions, completing centralized intake duties, and assisting Financial Assistance Specialists and Fraud Investigators with other daily tasks as assigned.
