Job description
Introduction:
Love and Loyalty Home Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide high-quality care to every patient. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as measuring and recording weight. The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing and dressing
- Measures and records client’s weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake/output as directed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services
- Other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Qualifications:
- Must possess current Mississippi Nurse Aide license
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
