At Thompson, we are actively working to be a driver for impact in the Tampa community. We are looking for certified case managers AND recent grads looking to enter this mission field with us, as we grow our case management team.
CURRENTLY ENROLLING FOR CASE MANAGER CERTIFICATION COURSE IN JUNE!
Our teams are comprised of case managers AND support team, working together to shift priorities in service to the daily demands of the work. Successful team members are flexible, versatile, and even-keeled. Leveraging empathy and innovation, they proactively and creatively navigate the system to bring results for the youth in their care. Team members lean into one another, understanding that success is dependent on consistent and open communication in a flexible environment.

Salary Range
- Case Manager: $47,500 to $49,500 based on certification and experience.
- Supervisor: $62,000 Level I (requires certification)
$64,000 Level II (requires certification and 3+ years of experience as a supervisor)
