River Rock Property is a property management company providing high quality customer service to local residents and property owners. We offer rental homes, twin homes and apartments in Fargo/Moorhead and surrounding areas.
We are looking for a full-time experienced Cleaning Specialist to join our team.
Cleaning Specialist Roles & Responsibilities:
- Clean apartments and homes wall to wall so they will be ready for future residents
- Clean Hallways and Common Spaces of assigned buildings
- Cleaning of walls, floors, doors, light fixtures, appliances and etc.
- Grounds Maintenance - Spring/Fall clean up and as needed.
- Perform light maintenance work - not required.
- Additional projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skill and Competency Requirements:
- Have a valid Driver's License / Required.
- Your own transportation to and from our properties (Houses, Apartments & Properties).
- Be able to lift 50lbs; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull and perform cleaning duties.
- An eye for detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently.
- Vacuuming, Cleaning Appliances, Windows and all aspects of residential cleaning knowledge and ability necessary. Various work locations. Equipment and all supplies provided.
