Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for performing complex analysis and building recommendations in reference to compensation programs.
  • Responsible for leading their own workload as well as coordinating the work and performance of subordinates.
  • Assists in the development of compensation strategies and reward and recognition programs.
  • Completes job evaluations using external and internal compensation data.
  • Provides tools to better administer annual compensation processes.
  • Provides complex analysis relating business metrics with compensation and assists in the design of bonus, sales compensation, and corporate bonus programs.
  • Handles job architecture and interacts with HRIS team to ensure jobs are created in a timely manner.
  • Maintains job inventory of all current roles and related characteristics, including exemption status, costing categorization, and EEO classification.
  • Completes adhoc reports and analyses related to compensation.
  • Handles stock administration platform and annual grant process.
  • Leads efforts to educate HR Managers on use of compensation data and launch of new compensation programs, using webinars and presentations.
  • Assists in analysis of executive compensation and preparation of proxy charts and materials.
  • Provides direction to HR Managers on salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, and job changes.
  • Maintains knowledge base by attending compensation related events and seminars.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years HR experience in an analytical role required.
  • Must possess advanced technical skills in Excel, including ability to model expected results.
Highly Preferred:
  • Previous supervisory experienced preferred.
  • Data-driven decision maker, able to clearly explain business reasoning and program ideas.
  • Specialized depth and breadth in expertise and compensation and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of FLSA and compensation legislations
  • Confirmed experience running clients and projects
  • CCP preferred
