This position requires a valid driver license. A pre-employment background check, including driving history, is required.

Description of Position:

This individual will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates for the company based on a review of available project drawings and specifications. In addition, this individual will be responsible for material procurement / purchasing using established procedures for the company.

Essential Job Functions:

· Ability to communicate with customers to identify specific project requirements

· Exceptional computer related skills to navigate web-based project information

· Utilize Excel skills to develop itemized quotations

· Develop a working knowledge of the proprietary systems developed by the company for the various scopes of work including materials, fabrication techniques and what is necessary to execute the scope of work

· Establish clear line of communication with AM team members and material suppliers

· Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to perform the tasks necessary to promptly and efficiently complete tasks

· Represent the company in a positive and informative manner

· Other duties as assigned

Key Skills Required: Blueprint reading, Microsoft Excel, Excellent at Communication, Attention to Detail, General Organization
