Fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor who enjoys working in a call centre dealing with inbound calls. As the first point of customer contact with their members you will be required to establish rapport, understand their requirements and identify the best solutions. Working for this specialist international insurance company you will be able to work from home or their London City based office. Hours available are full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 7am to 3pm and part-time 12pm to 5pm or 7am to 12pm. Permanent position with full training and excellent benefits.
