Let's talk! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-renowned healthcare network in search of the right candidate for a hybrid and contract-to-hire Customer Service Representative opportunity based in the Indianapolis, IN area!
What You'll Be Doing
- Connect with patients and caregivers regarding a wide variety of patient billing inquiries.
- Provide excellent, friendly, and helpful service to patients/caregivers through primarily phone communication.
- Document information in calls and access the appropriate resources in order to best help the patient or patient representative.
- Ensure complete and accurate demographic collection in a timely manner when needed.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, peers, and supervisors on a daily basis.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience required.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous medical front office, medical billing, or medical insurance experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain excellent organization while also being an effective multitasker.
- Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service!
Work Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM M-F (40 hours per week). Work hours during the training period may differ.
Pay: $17/hr
Job Type: Contract-to-hire and hybrid (You MUST be able to work onsite throughout the training period as requested)
