Our client a food manufacturer in Woburn, MA is looking for a part time Customer Service Representative on a temp to hire basis. The ideal candidate must have great oral and written communication skills, a strong data entry skill set and experience using Microsoft Office. This would be a traditional office hours role, 25 hours per week between 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday and it could start immediately after a quick interview process.

The main job functions will include the following:

  • Process sales order.
  • Interact and build relationship with customers, who are mostly repeat customers, to build up sales.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
  • Handle paperwork inquiries and requests from customers.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system and other clerical duties.
  • Communicate and follow up with other departments.
  • Take care of other assigned work as needed.
