Delivery Driver Associate
Outside The Box Logistics LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking to build the best team of delivery associates there is. We deliver a first-class experience while leading the way in delivery excellence!!!

No Experience, No CDL Required, just dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and a strong ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision.

Standard 10-hour workday, please note we do operate in rain, sleet, and snow until the job is complete.

We currently have full time and part time opportunities available starting immediately.

This position does REQUIRE you to be able to work on weekends, and holidays you may be on call at times.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Use handheld device provided for routing information and follow GPS, and customer delivery requests.
• Use handheld device to record and update delivery progress.
• Report on time each day to the Waldorf warehouse location with assigned uniform attire.
• Be CUSTOMER FOCUSED! We strive to provide the best customer experience we can on each and every delivery and every interaction we have.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs. (hand truck is provided)
• Work 10 plus hour shifts on a regular basis and be open to being on call as needed
• Comply with all safety rules and work policies
• Be positive and professional with other delivery associates and customers
• Be ready to tackle challenges and solve problems to meet customer needs
• Have good organizational skills and communications skills
• Deliver a wide variety of packages, 200+ per day, involving leaving and entering the cargo van, sometimes climbing stairs
• Load, unload, prepare and safely operate the cargo van in varying weather conditions (i.e. Rain/Snow/Sun/cold)
• Ensure the cargo van is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition each day
• Complete an inspection of the cargo van before and after scheduled route
• Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, weighing 10,000 lbs. or less (you do not need to provide your own vehicle)

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a valid Driver’s license (CDL is a pluc)
• Must be able to easily enter/exit vehicle multiple times a day, and climb stairs as needed
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S
• Must have a safe driving record
• Must be able to lift and move packages weighing up to roughly 50 lbs. (hand trucks are provided)
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must follow all traffic laws and safety precautions, while operating a company cargo van

• Previous DSP or Delivery Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
