Job description
The Dental Hygienist is responsible for the direct provision of oral hygiene and appropriate preventive services to dental patients of NorthShore Health Centers. The Dental Hygienist will also be responsible for providing appropriate oral health information to patients and maintaining accurate dental histories. Following precise OSHA guidelines, the Dental Hygienist will assist with operatory and laboratory upkeep. This position requires travel between NSHC Dental sites as needed. We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time in Porter and Lake County.
Job Qualifications:
- Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Maintain all license and certifications
- Maintain CPR and anesthesia certificaiton
- Ability to travel to other NorthShore Dental sites
