MUST HAVE IN-HOME SALES EXPERIENCE

Re-Bath is looking for experienced sales professionals with excellent closing skills. This incredible opportunity can easily earn $80,000 - 100,000 per year with many top closers earning is excess of $200,000 per year. This is a W2 position with benefits.

As a growing family-owned business, we are seeking an individual that will be responsible for learning and implementing the Re-Bath sales system including meeting with customers, determining their needs, presenting our products, overcoming objections and closing the sale. No cold calling is required. Re-Bath is partnered with two of the biggest box stores in the country and all leads are scheduled for you.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Make a connection with our customers, review their needs, assist with product/design selections, make recommendations and close the sale
• Prepare and present in home and off site sales presentations to potential customers, finalize the sale and execute the contract
• Looking for motivated individual that wants to make a lot of money
• Must be a good communicator and outgoing
• We will train you on what it takes to be successful in the home
• Must have the will to work hard every day
• Conduct thorough job site measuring, take photos and calculate the cost of the project
• Review job quote with customer, address potential obstacles to contract and collect/prepare necessary documentation/contracts/down payment
• Prepare the Job Sales Packet, which includes the completed and signed contract, photographs of the area the project will be installed at, diagram of bath and credit application (if needed)
• Achieve company objectives in sales, lead conversions, customer service and production
• Attend local trade shows, home events and additional lead generating opportunities as requested

Requirements

• MUST HAVE IN-HOME SALES EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 2 years successful sales experience (in-home preferred)
• Proficient computer skills
• Organizational and communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Coachable mindset
• Competitive nature
• Clean background and driving record (required by our vendors)
• Positive attitude
• Desire to help clients find the best solutions for their needs
• Independent, disciplined, high achiever

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
