Dietary Aide Responsibilities:
- Assisting in food/tray preparation
- Serve meals using standards to maintain sanitation and quality
- Participate in menu planning
- Accurately record meals served and monitor temperatures of food
- Clean assigned dining areas using appropriate procedures
- Wash dishes and/or utensils according to acceptable standards of practice
- Ensure compliance with sanitation
- Any additional duties that may be needed under this position
Dietary Aide Requirements:
- Previous food service experience, plus Sanitation or ServSafe certification is required for this role
- Working knowledge of portion and cost control
- Knowledge of basic math, units of measurement and following recipes
- Positive and can do attitude
- Able to pass background and drug screen
